The Energy Committee of the Florida Bar Environmental and Land Use Law Section (ELULS) invites you to participate in “Exploring Florida’s Oil & Gas Law” webinar at noon on October 30, 2014. The event will provide an overview of oil and gas issues affecting Florida. Speakers will address the basics of the exploration process; the history of oil, gas, and mineral rights and regulation in the state; current litigation in the field; and how Florida’s approach compares to other states in the Southeast that are addressing these issues.
