ELULS 2020 Florida Legislative Forecast – Webinar on January 7th – CD Available

This annual CLE with two Capitol veterans will provide an overview of legislative priorities for the upcoming 2020 Florida Legislative Session, with a particular focus on the major environmental and land use issues. Panelists will discuss bills of interest that have been filed to date, as well as any other hot topics on the horizon.

Presented By: Janet E. Bowman and Gary K. Hunter, Jr.

Janet E. Bowman is Senior Policy Advisor for the Florida Chapter of the Nature Conservancy where she focuses on state governmental affairs. She is a former Chair of the Environmental and Land Use Law Section and frequent speaker on conservation policy topics. 

Gary K. Hunter, Jr. is an attorney with Hopping Green and Sams where he maintains a broad governmental law practice with emphasis on state government affairs, land use entitlements, property rights advocacy, and environmental issues. He is a former Chair of the Environmental and Land Use Law Section.
