Challenging and Defending Quasi-Judicial (Local Government) Decisions

This course will examine the substantive and procedural legal standards applicable to quasi-judicial land use and permitting decisions rendered by local governments. This course will cover the full spectrum of both defending and appealing a local government decision, beginning with the standards of review applicable to local government review boards and following through the unique appellate process.
