Halloween Flights & Flows: A Health & Wellness Networking Event
- Thursday, October 26th, 5:30-7:30 PM at Proof Brewing Co., 1320 S. Monroe St. in Tallahassee, FL
- Complimentary bar tab, signature mocktails customized for this event, and appetizers will accompany this Halloween-themed networking event.
- Optional Yoga Class: Bring your yoga mat and water bottle to participate in an optional yoga class taught by our Sunshine Chair, Alison Parker, from 5:30-6:30 PM. Alison is a certified yoga teacher, RYT-500. Signing a waiver will be required to participate. This class is intended to be inclusive for all fitness levels and abilities, and take it from us, Alison will not disappoint!
- Optional Meditation Challenge: Print the meditation challenge tracker on the event website and notate any days that you meditated for at least 2 minutes. Bring it with you to the event to be entered into a door prize for one of three exceptional prizes – no purchase necessary!
