Save the date! March 1 – Lessons on Hurricane Recovery and Resiliency in Tallahassee

Recent hurricanes have exposed a multitude of legal issues for environmental and land use practitioners in Florida. Join the Environmental and Land Use Law Section (ELULS) of the Florida Bar for an advanced examination of Florida’s regulations and policies in the aftermath of hurricanes Matthew and Irma. This program will address hurricane preparation and response issues, funding mechanisms for recovery projects, and future resiliency efforts. Centered in Tallahassee, this program draws on extensive agency expertise and practical experience. This live CLE will take place on March 1, 2018 at the Florida State University College of Law.
