12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (EST) (Webcast only) |
This program will discuss the basics of the Environmental Resource Permit Rules adopted pursuant to Chapter 373, Florida Statutes. ERPs are required for virtually any alteration of the surface of non-exempt land. Knowledge of these requirements is important for everyone practicing environmental law or engineering in Florida. This course will also discuss the Clean Waterways Act requirements to update storm water criteria. Rulemaking was recently initiated and is certain to be one of the most important rules addressed in 2021. |
