Tour of Boyd Hill Nature Preserve Restoration Project – March 11th

Sponsored by ELULS and the Administrative Law Section of The Florida Bar.

Boyd Hill Nature Preserve is a 245-acre nature preserve owned by the City of St. Petersburg. The City and the Southwest Florida Water Management District initiated a joint project that restored natural stream systems and expanded wetlands
along Lake Maggiore within the Preserve. We will tour this project, which involved the creation, restoration, and enhancement of approximately 30 acres of freshwater and upland habitats.
