The Environmental and Land Use Law Section is pleased, once again, to present a summary of the recent legislative session. Veteran lobbyists Larry Sellers of Holland and Knight and Janet Bowman of The Nature Conservancy will offer their “post-game wrap-up” of the 2022 Florida Legislative Session. This presentation will review the bills that passed, some that did not, and provide insight into possible future environmental and land use legislation in Florida.
